Seven Hills Farm offers both indoor and outdoor spaces for weddings, parties, reunions, and/or community events. Our elegant and rustic barn is approximately 5,000 square feet of climate-controlled space and can comfortably hold up to 300 people.  The barn also provides the following amenities:

  • a prep kitchen with a refrigerator and freezer

  • men's and women's changing areas

  • men's and women's bathrooms 

  • beautiful crystal chandeliers

  • 25 (60 inch) round tables

  • 200 white garden chairs 

  • a 14-foot, solid cherry table for the bridal party or special guests

  • 5 (8 foot) rectangular tables

  • A wooden wishing well

  • A wooden indoor arbor

  • large (10ft by 8ft) pallet board backdrop 

  • 6 wine barrels 

  • (18'") cedar stumps

  • 5 wooden cable spools

  • cedar tree slices for centerpieces

  • pecan tree slices for centerpieces

  • large tree slices for the food/cake table

  • wood framed metal trough for drinks

  • a variety of mason jars

  • round navy linens (90")

  • round white linens (120" and 108")

  • 75 foot burlap aisle runners with lace trim

  • lace table runners

 

Our picturesque outdoor spaces give customers plenty of options for ceremonies, additional outdoor seating, or lawn games.  SHF offers to following outdoor amenities:

  • 50 (8-foot) wooden benches (seating for 200)

  • A wooden arbor for an outdoor ceremony or party 

  • large set of wooden doors for an outdoor ceremony 

  • A unique outdoor silo bar for drinks or appetizers, complete with a sink and market lighting

  • fire pit, wood provided by SHF

  • shepherds hooks

  • giant jenga game and corn toss

  • an outdoor chandelier in the ceremony area

  • A six-foot wooden swing, perfect for sunset photos!

  • A handicap parking spot close to the barn

  • A designated area for caterers and grills/smokers

 

Booking a wedding weekend with Seven Hills Farm gives you:

  • Access to the venue and all it's amenities Thursday through Sunday the week of your event.

  • Availability for additional engagement/save-the-date photo sessions

  • The option to rehearse and eat on-site the night before your event

  • Assistance from SHF shuttling guests from the parking area to the ceremony site

  • Staff availability during all four days on SHF site

  • Staff available to replenish supplies for bathrooms and kitchen during the course of the event

  • Staff available for garbage disposal during the course of the event

  • Staff available for clean up and take down of tables and chairs at the close of the event

  • All supplies (garbage bags, toilet tissue, paper towels, cleaning supplies, soap) provided by SHF

 

Weekday events can be scheduled on Mondays - Wednesdays.  Guests still have access to venue amenities (some will include a rental fee) but are limited to a one-day rental.
